Contact messages
The optional name, reply email, topic, message and submission time are stored in a private server inbox for editorial handling. Messages are retained for up to 90 days. The form does not automatically send email, and a stored reference does not promise a reply.
Technical processing
The web server can record IP address, requested URL, time and browser information in access logs for operation and troubleshooting. The contact service uses a short-lived hashed address in memory for rate limiting. It does not put message content in its own request log.
Choices
Do not submit passwords, payment details, one-time codes, government IDs or casino credentials. Use the Privacy request topic for access, correction or deletion enquiries concerning a contact message and include its reference if available.
External destinations
Source links open other organisations’ websites, which have their own policies. Game media is served locally in this site rather than loading tracking scripts from those providers. Any future tracking or material data-use change requires a policy update.
