BingoPlus delay compensation guarantee: how the ₱5,000 cap works

Short answer — BingoPlus, the digital platform of DigiPlus Interactive Corp., now promises to pay compensation equal to 100% of an eligible "fast withdrawal" when that withdrawal runs past its stated processing time, capped at ₱5,000 per transaction. The Philippine Star reported the feature on 24 October 2026; the same announcement appeared in Philippines Graphic on 13 October and in The Manila Times newswire on 14 October, which also printed the time limits: more than 5 minutes for GCash, Maya and Coins.ph, more than 60 minutes for bank card withdrawals, and more than 3 minutes for VIP Level 6 and above.
For a player in the Philippines the useful questions are simple. How much could you actually receive, which withdrawals count, and what is still missing from the public announcement? This article works through all three with peso examples. One disclosure first: Super Ace Philippines is not BingoPlus or DigiPlus, has no BingoPlus account and has not used or tested the feature. Everything below comes from the published reports linked next to each fact, plus our own arithmetic, which is labelled as such.
What exactly did BingoPlus announce?
According to The Philippine Star's report of 24 October 2026 by Richmond Mercurio, the report describes BingoPlus as "an affiliate of DigiPlus Interactive Corp." and calls the new tool a delay compensation guarantee. The report states four points:
- Compensation is offered "when an eligible fast withdrawal exceeds its applicable processing time".
- Eligible customers "may claim compensation equal to 100 percent of their withdrawal amount, up to P5,000 per transaction".
- Processing times "depend on the payment method and customer's VIP level", and customers can check the time for their withdrawal and track it in the BingoPlus app.
- Once the time is exceeded, a delay compensation notice appears and the customer taps claim to submit a request. Claims are "subject to eligibility requirements and applicable terms and conditions".
The Philippine Star also notes that BingoPlus launched in January 2022 as a live-streamed digital bingo platform, and quotes the company saying further improvements to customer service and VIP support are "planned in the coming months".
The announcement is older than the Philstar piece. Philippines Graphic published it on 13 October 2026, and The Manila Times ran it on its TMT Newswire page on 14 October 2026, with an image credited to BingoPlus. Both versions add the time limits that the Philstar report leaves out, and both mention customer service and "VIP concierge support" for players who need help with their funds.
How long is "late"? The published time limits
The thresholds below are copied from the Philippines Graphic and Manila Times versions of the announcement. The right-hand column is our calculation, comparing each limit with the 5-minute e-wallet limit.
| Withdrawal route or tier | Counts as delayed after | Compared with the 5-minute limit (our calculation) |
|---|---|---|
| GCash, Maya and Coins.ph | More than 5 minutes | Baseline |
| Bank card withdrawals | More than 60 minutes | 12 times longer |
| VIP Level 6 and above | More than 3 minutes | 2 minutes, or 40%, shorter |
Two details are worth reading carefully. First, the wording is "more than": a withdrawal that lands at exactly 5 minutes to an e-wallet would not, on a plain reading, be late. Second, the announcement lists the VIP tier as a separate line without saying whether the 3-minute limit applies to every payment method, including bank cards, or only to e-wallets. We could not find a public terms page that settles it, so treat that as unknown.
How much could you receive? Worked examples in pesos
The rule as reported is "100 percent of their withdrawal amount, up to P5,000 per transaction". Written as a formula, compensation = the smaller of the withdrawal amount and ₱5,000. The table applies that formula to six withdrawal sizes. All figures in it are our calculation and assume the withdrawal is eligible and the claim is approved.
| Eligible fast withdrawal | 100% of amount | Compensation after ₱5,000 cap | Compensation as share of withdrawal |
|---|---|---|---|
| ₱500 | ₱500 | ₱500 | 100% |
| ₱2,000 | ₱2,000 | ₱2,000 | 100% |
| ₱5,000 | ₱5,000 | ₱5,000 | 100% |
| ₱10,000 | ₱10,000 | ₱5,000 | 50% |
| ₱20,000 | ₱20,000 | ₱5,000 | 25% |
| ₱50,000 | ₱50,000 | ₱5,000 | 10% |
The pattern is clear. Up to ₱5,000 the guarantee matches the withdrawal peso for peso. Above ₱5,000 the payment stays flat, so its value as a share of the withdrawal falls: half at ₱10,000, a quarter at ₱20,000 and a tenth at ₱50,000. A ₱2,000 GCash withdrawal that takes 6 minutes would, on the published terms, be worth a ₱2,000 claim; a ₱20,000 bank card withdrawal that takes 61 minutes would be worth ₱5,000, not ₱20,000.

Keep the scale in perspective. The guarantee is a remedy for a slow payout, not a way to earn. It only applies after you have decided to withdraw your own balance, and the announcement repeats twice that claims depend on eligibility rules and terms. Treat any compensation as a possible bonus to a delay you would rather not have had.
What is still unclear?
The press versions are short, and several things a careful player would want to know are not in them. Our server could not open bingoplus.com (the site returned a restricted-access page), so we could not read the full terms. These points remain unconfirmed as of 24 October 2026:
- What counts as a "fast withdrawal". The announcement uses the term but does not define it, or say whether every withdrawal to GCash, Maya or Coins.ph is automatically a fast withdrawal.
- Eligibility conditions. Account verification status, account age, bonus conditions, cancelled or re-submitted requests and delays caused by the receiving wallet or bank are common exclusions in payout guarantees. None is listed in the reports we read.
- Form of compensation. The reports say "compensation" but not whether it is paid as withdrawable cash, platform credits or a bonus with play-through conditions. That difference matters more than the headline percentage.
- Limits beyond "per transaction". No daily, weekly or monthly ceiling is mentioned, and there is no claim deadline in the published text.
- The VIP line. Whether the 3-minute limit for VIP Level 6 and above applies to bank card withdrawals is not stated.
- Duration. The feature is presented as a permanent improvement, but no start date or end date is printed.
Until the terms are visible in the app, read the ₱5,000 figure as a maximum per eligible transaction, not as an amount any delayed withdrawal will earn.
How does this fit DigiPlus's customer-care push?
The guarantee follows earlier statements from the parent company about support capacity. In a news release dated 9 February 2026, DigiPlus said its 24/7 customer service for BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone was backed by a "450-strong workforce" and that the team logged over 87,000 training hours in 2025. The same release lists responsible gaming tools on its platforms, including limits on deposits or spending, self-exclusion and temporary account deactivation. Those are company statements; we have not audited them.
Put next to the October announcement, the direction is consistent: the company is attaching a peso value to payout speed rather than only promising faster service. Whether the guarantee changes actual payout times is something only BingoPlus's own data, or a regulator, could show. Neither has been published.
What should a player do before and after a withdrawal?
The steps below make sense on any platform, with or without a delay guarantee, and they also make a claim easier to support if one is ever needed.
- Check the platform first. The PAGCOR responsible gaming page asks players to check that a website or online gaming platform is PAGCOR-licensed "before you play or pay" at pagcorguarantee.ph. The same page lists persons under 21 among those prohibited from gambling.
- Finish verification before you need the money. An identity check started during a withdrawal is a common reason for a delay that a guarantee may not cover.
- Use an account in your own name. Withdraw to a GCash, Maya, Coins.ph or bank account registered to the same person as the gaming account.
- Record the time. Take a screenshot of the withdrawal request showing the amount, method, reference number and submission time, and another when the money arrives.
- Do not cancel and resubmit out of impatience. A fresh request restarts the clock and may not be treated as the original transaction.
- Escalate in writing. Contact the platform's support first. If a withdrawal problem is not resolved, PAGCOR's page has a "Get Help With Your Online Gaming Platform" section that lists withdrawal issues and an online gaming platform helpdesk.
Finally, PAGCOR's own reminder is that "Gambling is not a source of income." If withdrawals have started to feel like money you need for bills, the National Problem Gambling Helpline at npgh.ph and PAGCOR's self-exclusion option, both listed on the same page, are free to use.
