Start with units
Identify whether amounts are shown in currency, coins or multiples of a stated bet unit. A multiplier against a line stake differs from a multiplier against total stake. Do not convert a maximum award to pesos until the base is clear.
Follow the rule layers
Read ordinary symbol awards first, then Wild substitutions and exceptions, then Scatter triggers, then feature changes. Finally check caps and any extra-cost modes. This order helps prevent a feature exception from being applied to ordinary rounds.
A compact capture checklist
- Full game title and provider.
- Rules or version identifier and date.
- RTP, if shown, and any configuration notice.
- Currency, total stake and permitted range.
- Feature trigger, retrigger and multiplier reset conditions.
- Maximum award and the unit it multiplies.
When sources disagree
A supplier overview, a localised help screen and an operator summary may differ in detail. Preserve the discrepancy and ask which rules apply to the exact account. Do not combine the most attractive number from each source into a specification that no version actually uses.
